How does the Sales service work?

We sign a real estate brokerage agreement, where all terms are explained. 
Under this agreement, we undertake to advertise your property on our website, facebook page and agency. 
We will put signs on your property and take professional photos of your property so that it is displayed in the best conditions. 
We carry the whole sale process, from the marketing to the negotiation and the accomplishment of the legal steps necessary for the transfer of the property. In return, you will pay us a commission based on the final sale price of your property.

How does the Property Management service work?

We offer a complete management service, so after you hire us you do not have to worry about anything. We advertise your property, negotiate, check lessee, and sign a lease agreement with your lessee on your behalf, deposit the rent into your account (less a management fee), prepare an inventory list before and after renting the property and manage all maintenance needs of the property. We also offer short-term rental services in which we manage your property on another short-term renting site (airbnb, booking.com), dealing with visitors and cleaning your property with each new tenant.

How does the Search service work?

You want to buy or rent a property in Santo Antão, by the sea or in the mountains, buy a land where to build a house or boutique hotel, a colonial or modern house or even an agricultural land? We will help you find a property that meets your specific desires. This service is free as we only receive payment from the seller. 
In addition to Santo Antão, we will be happy to search a property for you in São Vicente (Mindelo).
